Alicia wants to distinguish itself in customer-centric high tech (digital) and high touch (phone, email, chat) customer service. You will be the front person in any high touch customer contact. You will be able to develop yourself in dealing with customers and making decisions on accepting / underwriting insurances where possible. Together, we aim to always exceed our customers' expectations.

Job requirements

What you will be doing.

  • You will have direct contact with (potential) clients - phone / e-mail / chat, and help them with their insurances and insurance questions
  • You will contact our risk carriers about underwriting questions and find as many insurance solutions possible for our clients
  • You will be underwriter for all our insurance products and will help build a healthy portfolio
  • You will be aware of fraud signals and will do all the necessary KYC checks

What you have.

  • You are extremely focussed on helping customers, but understand that 'we cannot help you' can also be a customer-centric answer, especially if you give this soon - the trick is to balance this well
  • You have thorough knowledge of the insurance solutions Alicia offers (business liability, professional liability, business accident etc.)
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have WFT Schade Zakelijk (A-Varia is a pre)
  • You are flexible and thrive while working in a fast growing organisation
  • You possess a higher education degree (HBO)
  • You are tech-savvy and customer-focused to your core
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English
  • You are flexible in your working hours - our customers may want to contact us at any time of the day
