Partner Manager - Distribution

Alicia creates tailor made embeddable Insurance products for digital platforms that cater to workers. These platforms may be able to provide workers with financial services, accounting packages, booking systems and more. Our aim is to help these platforms simplify their offerings and provide workers with a hassle free way of getting insured. The Partner Manager plays a crucial role in building durable new relationships with distribution partners (i.e. digital platforms) on our prospect list. In addition the Partner Manager will ensure existing relationships with our distribution partners are maintained.

Job requirements

What you will be doing.

  • You will build a strong distribution partner network with the support of the Chief Business Development and COO
  • You will ensure our relationships with our distribution partners continue to be sustainable and mutually beneficial
  • You will act as the voice of our distribution partner within our organization, e.g. you will guard our distribution partners interests during backlog prioritization meetings
  • You will work closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager to understand the impact of our distribution partner interests and requirements
  • You will set up monitoring tools and processes which will allow you and others to maintain sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with our distribution partners. In addition you will set up processes and dashboards to collect crucial market insight

What you have.

  • You are motivated to consistely deliver the best services to our distribution partners - being able to clearly communicate deliverables and timelines to everyone
  • You have 3-5 years experience working in a B2B Sales/Commerce environment, preferably in a financial/fintech/insurtech environment
  • You are ambitious and want to gain more management experience by further growing out our Partner Management Team
  • You are critical and want to understand the 'why' behind everything
  • You are 'digitally aware' and are well aware of the things technology can do and solve
  • You are a great relationship builder and possess good management skills
  • You are a real teamplayer and understand the benefits of working as a team. You can translate complex distribution partner's needs into easily understandable English for your colleagues. In addition you can clearly manage our distribution partners expectations. 
  • You can provide them with the necessary information what can be delivered to them and when- 
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English
  • You possess a higher education degree (HBO/WO)
